Commitment to support
We prefer it if people present for help themselves as it demonstrates commitment and a willingness to work at healing their trauma. We are however happy to take referrals from organisations directly and through the Frontline portal.
Family support
We also provide advice and support to relatives and friends of the survivors but this support will be provided by someone other than the Helpline Volunteer or Counsellor who is supporting the survivor.
